The Designs

The design style behind Temerity developed while letting ink flow on paper, without rules or any rush. Totally unplanned - meditative.

Some of the designs are fully free, without any structure. It just becomes, before the mind even knows. 

Others are more structured with a planned subject in mind, which can come from intuition, subconsciousness or consciousness. Filled with flowy meditational strokes, that can remind one of creatures.  

Inspired by nature, animals and people. Bringing everyone and everything together.

Now these meditative strokes have become wearable art. It's hand-drawn with brush ink on paper, scanned, vectorized and printed/embroidered on the products.

 

Our Products - Background Story

Our products are sustainable and ethically made. They are carefully chosen and are certified as GOTS organic cotton, Oeko-Tex™ and PETA. And are part of the Fear Wear Fondation. We use Kornit Water-based inks which are Oeko-Tex™ certified for DTG printing and mostly recycled polyester thred for embriodery.

But actually it all starts with the seed.

  • The cotton seeds are planted in India, Turkey and Tanzania and are non GMO. No chemicals are used in the process - only natural solutions. This keeps the seas, lakes and rivers clean.
  • Dyes, finishing and other additives of cotton is also free of harmful substances.
  • The blank product is made in Bangladesh, where 100% green energy is used in the warehouse. The products are shipped via waterways to Europe, reducing emissions.
  • The product is printed and embriodered on demand in Latvia, Spain and UK, reducing enviromental costs of storage, waste and extra transport.
  • Printed With Oeko-Tex certified ink.
  • Embroidered with mostly recycled polyester thred.
  • Shipped in outer mailers which are made of at least 70% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic. And multi-item orders will contain clear inside bag for each item, made of at least 30% PCR plastic.

  • Ethical and fair labor is ensured throuthout the process - starting with the seed.
  • 100% vegan. No animal-derived components and no animal testing is performed.

    Why Asia to EU?
    We're cutting emissions by manufacturing in Asia (where 75% of EU cotton heads for processing) and shipping once to Europe. No double trips - just eco-smarter artwear!
